Maestro frying pan copper from Ronneby Bruk is a copper frying pan with a triply construction and features a cast stainless steel handle. The triply construction means that the pan consists of three layers: the outermost layer is copper, the middle layer is aluminium, and the inner layer is stainless steel. The aluminium layer together with the copper provides quick and even heating while the stainless steel interior of the frying pan gives an easy-care and practical surface for both cleaning and cooking. The frying pan has a magnetic steel bottom and can therefore also be used on induction hobs. The handle has Ronneby Bruk’s logo engraved and stays cool during cooking thanks to the minimal contact area with the copper frying pan.
