Introducing Suehiro’s SKG series – professional quality sharpening stones for your home kitchen. These softer stones quickly form a paste during sharpening, ensuring even and fast results.

The product includes a combination whetstone (#1000 and #3000 grit), a sharpening pad, and a stone base that doubles as a stand and water collector. Suitable for all types of steel!

Important: Soak in water for at least 10 minutes before use. Because the stone wears out faster, regular flattening is essential. For this, we recommend purchasing an additional flattening stone.

A special feature of this set is its stone base, which serves a dual purpose; it not only protects the stone but also serves as a stable sharpening stand. *Warning: The sharpening guide clip can scratch the blade. To prevent scratches, we recommend taping a silver tape to the blade before attaching the clip.
